GENERAL OFFICE POLICY, FEES & APPOINTMENTS

• Consultations are by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

• Every attempt will be made to find a regularly scheduled appointment time at the rhythm that best meets your needs

• Due to current COVID health concerns, I am currently offering sessions by Facetime, Skype or Zoom.  I am open to discussing requests for in-person sessions on an individual basis.

• Fees for service are discussed when the first session is scheduled and are based on the length of the session

• Unless otherwise negotiated, session length is 50 minutes.

• Payment is expected at the time of service by bank wire transfer or Paypal.  All payment information will be communicated at the time of scheduling your first appointment.

• Some insurance companies will reimburse sessions and an invoice can be provided for you to submit to your insurance as needed

• Direct billing is offered for MSH, CISI, GeoBlue and some Tricare policies after your  deductible is met

• French Sécuritié Sociale does NOT reimburse for my services

• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance will be billed

• Email and text contact is primarily reserved for scheduling purposes
